​​Note To Parents Interested in the VPK Program:

Parents who are interested in enrolling their children in the VPK Program are now required to log on to www.elcofswfl.org and complete the online application in addition to the FORZA Child Development Center online application. 

Upon completion of the application, parents will be issued a confirmation page with an ID number acknowledging receipt of their application.  Parents will need to print 2 copies of the confirmation page (one for the parent and one for ELC). Once the confirmation page has been received, parents can then bring that page along with the child’s birth certificate and valid proof of residency into the office of the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida, and we will then issue the parent their VPK Voucher.
